Subscription Management

1.1 Subscription Process

   1. Initiate Phone Number Lookup

       ○ Begin by entering a phone number in the MLocator search interface to trigger the location service.

   2. Account Registration Prompt

       ○ If not already registered, you will be prompted to:

           i. Complete the account registration process via email.

           ii. Accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

   3. Select Subscription Plan

       ○ A trial plan will be activated to unlock full location results:

           i. Trial Users: Activate the 24-hour introductory rate during registration.

           ii. Paid Subscribers: A monthly plan will be processed if the subscription is not canceled during the trial period.

   4. Payment Authorization

       ○ Enter valid Visa/MasterCard/Amex card details (number, expiry date, CVV) and billing address.

       ○ Complete two-factor authentication (SMS/email verification) to finalize the transaction.

   5. Service Activation

       ○ Upon successful payment, the phone number location report will be immediately generated.


1.2 Pricing Structure

MLocator provides a phased subscription service:

   ● New user trial phase: Activated immediately after successful registration, you can enjoy a special price for the first 24 hours or first week (for instance, $0.38) to experience the complete mobile phone number positioning function.

   ● Standard subscription phase: After the trial period, it will automatically transfer to the formal subscription, and the fee will be charged weekly or monthly (for instance, $49.8 per month), and the automatic renewal function will be turned on by default. Users need to manually turn off renewal 24 hours before the end of the billing cycle to avoid deductions.

Cancellation Management

2.1 Cancellation Rights

   ● Users may terminate subscriptions at any time without penalty. Charges already processed are subject to the refund policy.

   ● Effective Time: Service access continues until the current billing cycle ends (terminated at 00:00 the following day).


2.2 Cancellation Guide

Users may terminate subscriptions at any time without penalty through either:

   a. Self-service: Log in to the platform by clicking here and navigate to 「My Plans > Billing Management > Cancel Plan」.

   b. Email Request: Contact support@mobilephonelocator.net with the subject line "Cancel Subscription – [Your Order ID]".

Refund Policy

3.1 Refund Eligibility

   ○ Trial Users: Must cancel before the 24-hour trial period expires to avoid auto-renewal charges.

   ○ Refund Requests:

        ■ Eligible refunds must be submitted within 14 days of payment.

       ■ Refunds are not guaranteed and subject to approval.


3.2 Refund Process

   1. Submit Request: Contact customer service via email or live chat with order ID and payment receipt.

   2. Review Period: Eligibility verified within 3-5 business days; results notified via email.

   3. Refund Method: Funds returned to the original payment account (credit card/PayPal, etc.). Processing takes 7-10 business days.


3.3 Dispute Resolution

   ● Unreceived Refunds:

       ○ Check bank statements for refund status.

       ○ Contact card issuer to verify transaction records.

       ○ Email disputes to support@mobilephonelocator.net with supporting documents.

Legal Provisions

   ● All prices include applicable taxes. Additional terms are displayed at the time of purchase.

   ● MLocator retains sole interpretation rights of this agreement. Latest revision date: April 30, 2025.
