If the recipient expressly accepts, their geoposition at that specific time is shared with the requester. MLocator does not extend beyond the specific moment of acceptance. Payment for the service does not guarantee the location of the person sought, as various factors may affect the ability to obtain their GPS position.
3. External Links
The Service may contain links to other websites. MLocator does not control these sites or their content, which are subject to their own terms and conditions. Therefore, MLocator is not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or truthfulness of external sites.
4. Age
By using the Service, you declare that you are of legal age and have the necessary legal capacity to be bound by these Terms. You also declare that all information provided for accessing and using the Service is true, complete, and accurate.
5. Intellectual and Industrial Property

13. Subscription and Refund
Subscription to the MLocator service includes a 24-hour trial for $0.89. Subscriptions automatically renew monthly at $49.98 unless cancelled. Refunds may be granted if a plan is cancelled before the end of the billing cycle and the service has not been used. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the transaction.
14. Withdrawal
Users acknowledge that the right of withdrawal may not apply to digital content once execution has begun.
15. Modifications and Invalidity
MLocator may update these Terms and modify the Service features in the future. Any changes will be communicated through prominent notices on the website or via email. Should any part of these Terms be considered invalid, the remaining sections will continue to be valid and enforceable.
